Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Bolderonline collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to bolderonlines.store and to orders placed through it.
What we collect
When you place an order we ask for the details needed to deliver it: your name, shipping address, country, city, postal code and a valid email address. A phone number is optional. If you create an account we also store your username and password in encrypted form.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Payment is arranged separately after the order is received, and the payment details we send you (a Bitcoin address or transfer information) are handled by email.
Why we collect it
- To pack and ship your order and to give you a tracking number
- To contact you about that order, including payment instructions
- To answer questions you send us through the contact form or by email
- To keep basic records of past orders for your account
Who we share it with
Only with the courier that delivers your parcel, and only the details needed to complete delivery. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart contents between pages, to keep you signed in if you have an account, and to remember basic display preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the cart and login will stop working correctly.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to support you after purchase and to meet our accounting obligations. Contact form messages are kept while the conversation is open and then removed. Account details stay until you ask us to delete the account.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@bolderonlines.store from the address used on the order and we will answer within a few business days.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to order data is limited to the people who process and ship orders. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of information we hold to the minimum needed.
